How do we collect and use personal information

Personal information refers to various types of information recorded electronically or in combination with other information that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. During your use of SiyouPay and its services, we will collect information in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.

You understand and agree that the information we collect from you will be used for:

1. Ensure the normal basic operation of the product;
2. Implement various functions and services;
3. Optimize and improve products and services;
4. Ensure the safety of products, services, and user use;
5. Comply with laws, regulations, and national standards.

The company only collects and uses your personal information for the above purposes, and the specific information we collect and use includes:

(1) Operations and Safety Assurance

1. In order to ensure the safe operation, operation quality and efficiency of software and services, including: statistics of online users, retention rate, software crash rate and software performance, with your authorization, we will collect the following basic information: your device's hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) International mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) Media Access Control Address (MAC address) Android system device unique identifier (Android ID) Device serial number, IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and operation log. We collect this information for your version adaptation to ensure the normal startup and operation of the software.
2. In order to provide stable and secure services, protect the personal and property security of you and other users, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer virus, network attacks, and network intrusion, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or rules related to the SiyouPay platform.
   
   We will collect the following basic information: your device's hardware model, operating system version number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International mobile subscriber identity (IMSI), media access control address (MAC address), Android system device unique identifier (Android ID) device serial number, sensor data, IP address, software version number, network access method and type, operation log, application list We collect information about the running process to comprehensively assess the risks of your account and transactions, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law. For example, we will comprehensively analyze abnormal user account activity, multi end login, abnormal browsing behavior, fake advertising click, etc. to protect the browsing security of you and other users.
3. You understand and agree that you need to authorize our "phone" permission to allow us to obtain the aforementioned "hardware model of the device" and "International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)" information, and we will not call other permissions under the "phone" permission. You can choose to refuse authorization or turn off the permission. After you refuse authorization or turn off the "phone" permission, you can still use our services, but it may affect your user experience.
4. At the same time, in order to timely synchronize your interactive feedback information (including other users' likes, rewards, comments and replies to you), content updates (current news, urgent news, and the content updates of the authors you follow), software version updates and synchronization, we will periodically collect your International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), unique identification of Android system devices (Android ID), network access methods and types Operating system version and software version number.

(2) Personal registration, login, and related services

1. When you register and log in to SiyouPay and related services, you can create an account through your phone number, and you can improve the relevant network identification information (avatar, nickname, password). Collecting this information is to help you complete your registration. You can also choose to fill in gender, birthday, region, and personal introduction according to your own needs to improve your information, and choose the display range after filling it out.
2. When you use a third-party account (Paypal or Alipay) in SiyouPay, you will authorize us to obtain the public information (avatar, nickname and other information authorized by you).
3. Based on our cooperation with communication operators, when you use the "login by phone number" function of SiyouPay, with your explicit consent, we can provide you with fast login services. Mobile phone numbers belong to personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use the "login by phone number" method to register and log in to SiyouPay. However, this does not affect your ability to register and log in through other methods, nor does it affect the normal use of other functions.
4. When you need to use the identity authentication function or related services, according to relevant laws and regulations, you may need to provide your real identity information (real name, ID card number, phone number) to complete the real name verification. Some of the information belongs to personal sensitive information, and you can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to pass KYC or obtain relevant services.
5. When you choose to set or replace a user's avatar using the "take a photo" method, we will request that you authorize camera permissions. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to set or replace the avatar using the "take a photo" method; When you choose to set or replace user avatars through the "Get from Album" method, we will request you to grant album permissions. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to set or replace user avatars through the "Get from Album" method.

(3) Provide relative services to achieve functionality

To ensure the quality of recommended content and recommend videos and related information that may interest you, SiyouPay may collect necessary log information:

1. The behavior information you use: click, follow, bookmark, search, browse, share
2. Geographic location information: including accurate geographic location information obtained through GPS information, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, base station and other sensor information, as well as approximate geographic location information obtained through network location information (such as base station, IP, and WLAN).
   • Accurate geographic location information is personal sensitive information. If you refuse to provide it, we will not recommend information to you based on accurate geographic location information and will not affect the normal use of other functions of SiyouPay.
   • We will display and recommend local relevant information of your region (city, district, etc.) based on the approximate geographical location information corresponding to the city and/or district/county.
3. We will combine the above information with information from other services within SiyouPay and your device information, conduct comprehensive statistics, and conduct feature and preference analysis through algorithms to show you the specific information that you may be interested in, or the specific features or services that are more suitable for you:
   • Show or recommend information that is more relevant to you;
   • Recommend advertisements that are more relevant to you and of interest to you.

Please understand that individual device information and your operational behavior information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. The above information we have collected and used has been identified, and the data analysis only corresponds to specific codes that cannot be directly associated with the user's identity, and cannot and will never be associated with your true identity. When we combine this type of information with other information to identify a specific natural person or use it in conjunction with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of information will be considered personal information and we will use and protect it in accordance with this privacy policy.
